A: - NON LITIGATION
1. Alternative settlement
- Firm negotiation between parties to amicably and fairly resolve dispute ‘out of court’
- Representation of individuals, groups and companies to negotiate fair settlement with third parties.
2. Employment Disputes
- Representation of Clients in the resolution of employment disputes. Implementation of the judicial process, forward to the Office of Labour, Industrial Relations Court, District Court and the Supreme Court of Cessation.
- Provide consultation and legal advice on the laws that apply specifically to the field of employment.
3. Documentation
- Preparation, research and management of all types of agreements in the areas of investment. Specific to Individual and corporate, foreign and domestic.
- Preparation of documentation for application to immigration for all related permits required for the issuance of a business license (PMA / PT)
- Preparation of all documentation required for the issuance of visas, visitor, social, business and retirement. Provision of sponsorship and renewal letters for immigration.
B: - LITIGATION
- Representation at court attendance of Clients for all stages and levels of the Indonesian judiciary.
